ISOlution® is a clinical grade whey protein isolate powder (WPI) that is indicated to support prehabilitation, wound healing, the management of malnutrition, and the increased protein requirements of ill and aging individuals. ISOlution® is sourced from New Zealand grass-fed dairy and is enhanced with 34% more leucine than standard whey protein products - leucine is an essential amino acid that can only be obtained through diet, and is key to aiding in muscle development and maintenance.

ISOlution® is unflavoured, dissolves easily into hot or cold liquids and soft foods, and is suitable for tube feeding. ISOlution® was created with best-in-class protein purity, is highly digestible, and contains no fillers, sweeteners, or artificial flavors.

Stir one serving into at least ½ cup (125 mL) liquid or soft food.

Tube Feeding:

Mix one to three servings of ISOlution® into 60-120 mL of water. Stir or shake until completely dissolved. Infuse via syringe down feeding tube. Flush tube with 30-60 mL of water before and after administration. Can be mixed with enteral formula.

**Note: ISOlution® denatures at 65 degrees celsius.

Ingredients: whey protein isolate, sunflower lecithin.

Not a significant source of saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, fibre, sugars, vitamin a, vitamin c, or iron.

  • Most older adults with acute or chronic disease need elevated protein intake between 1.2 – 2.0 g/kg BW/day.1
  • An adequate amount of protein intake with each meal is essential. Given there is an anabolic threshold of protein intake, 25 – 30 g of high-quality protein, containing about 2.5 – 2.8 g of leucine per meal is recommended for older adults.1,2
  • Leucine is one of the most important amino acids in stimulating muscle protein synthesis.3 ISOlution® contains 34% more leucine than the leading brand of whey protein.
